All sales are final. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Additional fees may include Square’s 3% processing fee for in person payment, or a 4% fee for electronic invoices, rush fee of $10 for personalized orders.

Flowers

Order and Delivery
All orders will be confirmed via e-mail when payment is received.
Products seen may vary from original flowers in photo according to seasonal availability.
Once flowers are delivered, the customer is responsible for the proper care and maintenance.
Flower arrangements delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on the site. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar arrangement but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may need to substitute some flowers. Although, we promise that the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on the site.


Please provide Bloom with the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Deliveries are not guaranteed at a specific time. Time frames are issued in your order confirmation e-mail. Due to logistics involved on long delivery routes, time frames for delivery may shift slightly.


As we appreciate that receiving flowers is often time-critical, if we are unable to deliver your order to the recipient’s address, we will attempt to leave it in a secure place on the recipient’s property. If we are unable to deliver the order, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.


Although we take the greatest of care to ensure all our flower products look amazing for the recipient, there are rare occasions when something goes wrong and flowers arrive at their destination damaged. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for either a replacement or a refund. Refund requests are subject to approval.


Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund of your flower delivery order, your order must be cancelled more than 72 hours before the event delivery. Any orders cancelled after the 72 hour minimum prior to event delivery will be refunded half of the amount paid.

Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. In stock items ship within 5 business days. Custom items ship within 10 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy
If product has been created, no refund will be issued. If cancelled before product is made, but supplies have been ordered, 50% of order will be refunded


Refunds/Replacements/Returns for Custom Orders
All sales are final. No returns are granted for custom orders. If an item is damaged or incorrect as our error, it will be corrected and replaced. Orders will not be replaced for non-customers. For example, if you received the item as a gift not delivered by Bloom, the customer should inquire. We are not responsible for damaged items not delivered or shipped by Bloom.


Events

Cancellation Policy
All deposits made for events are non-refundable. Cancellation request must come 3 weeks before your event to be eligible for a full refund of funds other than down payment. If cancellation occurs within 3 weeks of the event, you will be refunded half of the funds paid other than down payment.

 

Photos
Bloom Flowers and Events has the right to use and reproduce any photos posted or tagged to any of it’s media sites for portfolio purposes.

 

Website
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it, to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.


You understand that you, and not bloomflowersandevents.com, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.


You must not use the website for any of the following:


For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activity.


To send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any “spam.”
